HOC is working toward an accessible website, configurator, portal, documents, and support experience for people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

HOC targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public digital experiences where reasonably applicable. This is a target and not a claim that every page or third-party integration currently conforms. HOC will prioritize core tasks including product information, configuration, account access, messaging, file access, sign-off, checkout, policy review, and support.

If a page, form, document, video, image, or interaction is difficult to use, contact info@teamhoc.com or +1 619-396-5925, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Describe the page or task, the barrier, preferred format, and contact method. HOC will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or transaction through an accessible alternative.

Known and Third-Party Limitations

Complex wheelchair diagrams, CAD drawings, product customizers, embedded video, payment, signature, map, chat, and other third-party tools may have limitations. HOC does not control every third-party platform but will work with providers and offer a reasonable alternative where feasible.

Feedback and No Retaliation

Accessibility feedback is welcomed and will not affect an Order, account, price, warranty, or service. HOC will track reports, prioritize material barriers, and test corrections. Formal legal rights and complaint processes remain available.
